Shipping and Delivery Policy

FREE DELIVERY
Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan, shipped through trusted Courier.

PRESCRIPTION GLASSES (made to order)
- Production takes up to 2 working days. The clock starts once your payment is confirmed and your prescription is verified.
- Delivery takes up to 5 working days after dispatch.
- If your prescription is unclear or incomplete, we will contact you on WhatsApp, and production starts only after it is resolved.

SUNGLASSES AND READY-STOCK ITEMS
- Dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order.
- Delivery takes up to 5 working days after dispatch.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
- Prescription glasses require a minimum 40% advance payment by bank transfer. The balance is paid by bank transfer before dispatch, or by Cash on Delivery with free delivery
- Please keep the balance ready in cash when the courier arrives.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp once your order ships.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Please inspect your parcel on delivery. Report damage or wrong items within 48 hours to visioncenter272@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0370-0188397, with photos.
