VISION CENTER SPECIFIC TERMS

1. Prescription orders
- You must upload a clear, valid, current prescription (photo or PDF). We review it before production. If it is unclear or incomplete, we will contact you and production will not start until it is resolved.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the prescription you provide.

2. Payment
- Prescription glasses require a minimum 40% advance payment by bank transfer. Production starts only after payment is confirmed.
- The balance is paid by Cash on Delivery or by bank transfer before dispatch.
- Prices are in PKR. Delivery within Pakistan is free.

3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before production starts. After that, cancellation is not possible.

4. Production and delivery
- Delivery times we give are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers or events outside our control are not our liability.
- Please inspect your parcel on delivery and report damage within 48 hours of receiving it.

5. Product information
- We try to show colors and details accurately, but your screen may display them differently.

6. Returns and refunds
- See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Eye health
- Our products and website content are not medical advice and do not replace an eye examination.

8. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
